Following the meeting, everyone should be given the chance to ask questions and a small quiz following will be great. This will make sure that everyone is on the same page and that the new system is understood. Without human resources in a company, it would fail tramatically. This is the system that allows employees to get paid, and it also al allows a company or facility to hire more individuals. So any type of communication in incorporating a new system should be done wisely and in a n efficient manner.
