Blog #3-Communication plan for emergency prepardness methods

Not only is it important to have a plan for emergency situations it is important for everyone to understand it. When the plan is put into place a seminar needs to be scheduled so everyone can hear the plan. There needs to be a demonstration for those who are visual learners. It is important for the seminar to be done more that once for those who couldn't attend the first one. Also written instructions need to be provided too, in case they forget or were not fully paying attention. Then you could have them demonstrate for you to make sure they got it. The plans could save lives so those in charge need to do everything possible to make sure every one understands!
